45 minute session: $120 (pre-pay $100)
60 minute session: $160 (pre-pay $120)
Evaluations
Includes full written report with recommendations and proposed goals.
AAC evaluation : $500
Also includes informal speech & language assessment.
AAC evaluation plus funding documentation: $600
Speech-Language: $300
Consultation
Attendance at IEP / IFSP meeting: $75/hour
Review of documentation: $50/hour
Other
Travel fee: $0.70/mile
Fabrication or modification of Assistive Technology: $75 / hour
